While volunteering for the youth sport club as a teenager, I found a passion and an occupation that would enrich my live. I belief, that children need a loving, caring, and safe environment that is rich on learning opportunities. Every child should have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience and with the freedom of making their own mistakes in a supportive surrounding. Throughout my professional career in Germany and the U.S., I had the opportunity to work with children from infancy to adolescent in a variety of institution with different educational concepts.
An important aspect of my work with children is to view every child as an individual, unique in her/his own abilities, strengths, and skills.
